Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Paneer, grated
  • 6 - Onions
  • 2 tsp - finely chopped Ginger
  • 2 tsp - finely chopped Garlic
  • 1 cup - Tomato (boiled and mashed)
  • 2 cups - Cream or Malai
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 2 tsp - Salt
  • Raisins - 10-11
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp

How to Make Special Paneer Korma

  • Grate the paneer and onions. Keep aside.
  • Now take butter or ghee in kadai and heat it.
  • Add raisins and garam masala. Fry for a few seconds.
  • Add ginger garlic and onions. Saute a while till garlic loses its raw smell.
  • Add tomato puree and fry for 2 mins.
  • Finally add paneer and cream. Add salt and sugar to taste. Fry 2 mins.
  • Serve hot with rotis.
