  • Pearl sago - 200 gms
  • Potatoes - 3, medium sized, boiled
  • Groundnuts - 100 g, roasted
  • Red chilli powder -3 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Special Sabudana Vada

  • Wash the pearl sago, drain of the excess water and leave for at least 4 hours.
  • Grind the groundnuts along with the red chilli powder to a coarse powder.
  • Blend all the above ingredients along with mashed potatoes , coriander leaves and salt.
  • Divide the mixture into small lemon sized balls flatten it gently and Deep Fried till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
