  • 1 cup-til
  • 1/2 cup- peanuts
  • 1.5 -2 cups-jaggery
  • 4 tsps- ghee

How to Make Special Til Ladoos

  • Dry roast the til till it becomes slightly brown.
  • Keep aside.
  • Dry roast the peanuts till it becomes brown and keep aside.
  • Powder both to a coarse mixture.
  • Heat the kadai for 5 mins.
  • In the hot kadai, add jaggery and mix well till it melts.
  • Make sure that the jaggery has been melted well (but not into a syrup).
  • Add hot ghee and the powder and mix well.
  • Make laddoos immediately.
