Ingredients

  • 500 g - tomatoes
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - dhania powder
  • 10 pieces - garlic
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 1 tsp - urad dal
  • 6 tbsp - oil
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Special Tomato Chutney

  • Puree the tomatoes.
  • Heat the pan and pour 6 tbsp of oil. Season with mustard and urad dal.
  • Pour the tomato puree into the pan, add the chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to taste.
  • Also add the garlic.
  • Keep stirring the contents till all the water is evaporated and the chutney becomes very thick.
