  • Tomatoes - 6 big
  • Onion- 1
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup frozen
  • Red chilli - powder 1.5 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 3-4 tbsp
  • Mustard and jeera seeds - 1 tsp each.

How to Make Special Tomato Curry

  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard and jeera seeds. Then add the onions and saute until pink.
  • Now add the tomatoes and cook 4 mins. Cover the pan with a lid.
  • Add the green peas to it and cook for 1 minute.
  • Now add all the powdered masalas and mix thoroughly, cook for 2 mins and remove from fire.
  • Serve hot with chapattis.
