How to Make Special Tomato Omelette
Mix all the three flours together and make a thick paste. Keep it for 15-20 mins.
Pour this mixture in grinder. Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, chilli, coriander and salt.
Grind this mixture to a paste.
Heat non-stick pan and apply some oil (around 1/2 tsp for each omelette) to it.
Pour around one cup of paste on the pan, spread it evenly and let this cook. After 5-7 mins, the omelette is ready and crispy (like masala dosa) and ready to eat. Serve it along with tamarind chutney and garlic bread.
