  • 1 cup - urad dal (skinned)
  • 1 cup - jaggery grated
  • 1/2 cup - ghee

How to Make Special Urad Dal Laddu

  • Fry urad dal. When it becomes light brown in colour take and cool it. Grind to fine powder.
  • Mix well with grated jaggery.
  • Now slowly pour hot ghee over this mixture and mix well.
  • Now it is ready to make laddoos.
