Ingredients

  • 3 cups - Apples (finely grated)
  • 3- Cloves
  • 1- Cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cup - Honey
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice.

How to Make Spiced Apple Jam

  • Cook the grated apples, honey and sugar in a heavy bottomed pan until it starts boiling.
  • Then simmer with cloves and cinnamon sticks until it thickens.
  • Now remove the spices and add the lemon juice and cook for a few minutes.
  • Keep aside and let it cool.
  • Serve with bread or pancakes.
