  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • 6 - potatoes, finely cut into pieces
  • Hing - a pinch
  • Haldi - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Spicy Aloo Ki Sabzi

  • In a non-stick kadai, put 2 tbsp oil.
  • Once it's hot, add mustard seeds.
  • When they crackle, add jeera, potatoes, hing, haldi, garam masala and saute well.
  • Add salt when potatoes are cooked.
  • Serve hot with parathas.
