Ingredients

  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 2 - onions finely cut and fried
  • 2 - potatoes boiled and cut
  • 2 - red chillies cut into small pieces
  • salt
  • a pinch of Hing
  • coriander leaves
  • For batter:
  • 1 cup - gram flour, mixed with water to make a semi liquid paste

How to Make Spicy Bonda

  • Fry chopped onions and add hing.
  • Add spices to the potatoes and mash. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  • When cool, add everything together with breadcrumbs and mix well.
  • Form into balls, dip into batter and deep fry.
