Ingredients

  • 1- medium size cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - corn flour
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - all spice powder
  • 1 - egg beaten
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Spicy Cauliflower - Broccoli Fritters

  • Wash and soak the cauliflower in warm salt water for one hour.
  • Drain away the water. Coat the cauliflower florets with the ginger garlic paste, corn flour, chilli powder, all spice powder, egg, salt and keep aside for 30 mins.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the marinated cauliflower a little at a time till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce and onion rings.
