Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 - Bay leaf
  • 1inch - Cinnamon
  • 2 - Cloves
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 2 - Tomatoes, chopped
  • Cilantro for taste
  • 1 big bunch - Celery
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Spicy Celery Curry

  • Heat oil in a pan; add jeera, bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves.
  • Add onions and saute them till they turn brown in colour.
  • Add celery, cilantro, dhania powder, turmeric, salt.
  • Once the celery is cooked, add tomatoes, garam masala.
  • Once tomato gets cooked, turn off the stove.
  • Curry is ready.
