  • 1 tbsp coriander Seeds
  • 1 tbsp dry red chillies
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp aamchur powder (dry mango)
  • 2 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp black salt

How to Make Spicy Chaat Masala

  • Lightly roast the dhania and cumin seeds separately.
  • Grind all the ingredients together.
  • Store in an airtight container and use with chaats and fruits.
