Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken, soft and boneless
  • 1 cup -curd
  • 3 tbsp -maida
  • 3 tbsp -corn flour
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp - ginger - garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 4 to 5 flakes - garlic
  • 2 -green chillies
  • 1- onion, chopped thinly
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Spicy Chicken Pakoda

  • Cut chicken into small pieces.
  • Mix curd, maida, corn flour, beaten egg, salt, chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste into a fine mixture.
  • Mix it with the chicken pieces and marinate for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Deep fry the pieces in hot oil till golden brown.
  • To make the garnish for the pakodas, heat oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic flakes, green chillies and fry till fragrant.
  • Put on the fried chicken pieces.
  • Garnish with onions and serve.
