Ingredients

  • 300g corn off the cob/kernels
  • 8 curry leaves
  • 4 green chillies chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

How to Make Spicy corn kernels

  • Cook the corn till soft with a little water.
  • Heat oil in a pan, saute the green chillies and curry leaves for 2-3 mins.
  • Add the cooked corn, lime juice and mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
