  • 1 kg - boneless chicken
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder-
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • salt
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 3-4 cups - roasted thin corn flakes (plain)
  • 4-5 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tsp - lemon juice

How to Make Spicy crispy corn chicken

  • Clean and cut the chicken into medium size pieces, pierce the pieces with a fork on all sides.
  • Take a bowl, add ginger, garlic, turmeric, two types of chilli powder, juice of one lemon, salt and mix it well. Now smear each piece well.
  • Let it marinate for 3-4 hours.
  • Now take one egg, add salt, pepper and whisk until yolk and white get mixed. Coat each piece well in the egg mixture.
  • Crush the corn flakes coarsely with your palm.
  • Heat in the kadai or saucepan. Coat each piece in the corn flakes fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with chilli-garlic sauce.
