  • 1- Cucumber (medium sized and cubed)
  • 2- Tomatoes (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup - Sweet corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup - Cooked chickpeas
  • 1- Red bell pepper (cubed)
  • 2- Garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp - Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Dry parsley leaves
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp - Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp- Oil.

How to Make Spicy Cucumber and Mixed Veggies Salad

  • Mix together the crushed garlic cloves, red chilli powder, dry parsley leaves, mayonnaise, salt and oil in a bowl and keep aside.
  • Meanwhile add all the vegetables to a bowl and mix the spicy dressing to the salad as per taste.
