Ingredients

  • Maggi noodles or Top Ramen smoodles
  • 1 cup - Coconut milk
  • 2 or 3 - Onions
  • 1 or 2 - Tomatoes
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Corn oil or vegetable oil
  • Garam masala or taste maker
  • Beans
  • Mushroom
  • Lentils
  • Baby corn
  • 2-3 strands - Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves

How to Make Spicy Curry Laksa

  • Boil the noodles thoroughly for 5-6 mins.
  • Add a dash of oil while cooking so that the noodles do not stick together.
  • Take a pan and heat oil.
  • Add onions, slit chillies and curry leaves to it.
  • Stir fry the onions till it becomes transparent and light brown.
  • Now add the vegetables and saute over a low flame.
  • Fry it for 4-5 mins and remove it from the stove.
  • Pour coconut milk in a vessel and boil the milk.
  • To it add the taste maker or garam masala.
  • Finally top the noodles with vegetables, spring onions and coriander leaves.
  • Pour the coconut milk over it.
  • Serve hot.
