Ingredients

  • 2 cups - flaked fish
  • 2 - large onions
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 4 tbsp - coriander leaves
  • 4 tbsp - mint leaves
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1" piece - ginger
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Spicy Fish Rolls

  • Grind onions, coriander, mint, green chillies, garlic and ginger into a smooth paste.
  • Mix the paste with the masala powder and salt.
  • Add egg, fish and 1 tbsp. oil. Mix well.
  • Shape into sausage-shaped rolls. Roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Keep aside for an hour.
  • Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot.
