  • 1 oz - cloves
  • 2 oz - cardamoms
  • 1 oz - cinnamon
  • 1 oz - pepper corns
  • 1/4 oz - fenugreek
  • 1 oz - cumin seeds
  • 3 oz - coriander
  • 1/4 tsp - nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 tsp - mace powder

How to Make Spicy Garam Masala Powder

  • Roast coriander seeds, cumin, and fenugreek seeds separately for a few minutes.
  • Combine all the roasted ingredients and dry grind in a mixer.
  • Sieve the mixture and store in an air-tight jar.
