  • 2 cups - Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup - Mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup - Curry leaves
  • 1 inch - Ginger pieces chopped
  • 5- Garlic pods
  • 1- Green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil.

How to Make Spicy Green Soup

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute the chopped ginger and garlic until brown. Then add the chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, and curry leaves and saute for 1-2 mins.
  • Now add the chopped green chillies, salt, 2 cups of water and pressure cook until 3 whistles.
  • Let it cool.
  • Now blend it with a hand blender and strain the soup.
  • Let it boil.
  • Meanwhile mix the corn flour and milk together and add this to the boiling soup. Stir well it thickens.
  • Remove from the stove and add the pepper powder to the spicy green soup.
  • Serve them with toast.
