  • 100 gms- Noodles (medium size)
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 small cup- Green Peas
  • 2 small Carrots
  • 1/2 tsp- Pavbhaji Masala
  • 1/2 tsp- Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tsp- Paprika powder/ or pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp- Oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Spicy Indian Noodles

  • Boil the noodles with salt and oil for 8 mins. Strain the noodles and keep aside. Boil the green peas, chopped carrots.
  • Fry the onions transluscent, add chopped tomatoes and fry till the water dries out.
  • Add the dry powders, boiled vegetables and stir fry.
  • Add the beaten egg.
  • Add the strained noodles and mix well. Add salt if necessary. You can enjoy the noodles with tomato sauce.
