  • 1/2 cup - fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - methi powder (roasted methi ground finely)
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - oil
  • Asafoetida
  • mustard seeds

How to Make Spicy Lime Juice Chutney

  • Add chilli powder, salt, methi powder to lime juice and mix well.
  • Heat oil.
  • Add asafoetida and mustard seeds to the heated oil.
  • When the mustard seeds pop, add it to the spicy lime juice mixture.
  • Have it with dosas, idli.
