  • 4 - large half-ripe green mangoes (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 - onion chopped
  • 3 - cloves of garlic
  • 3 - red chillies
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 2 tsp - jeera
  • Salt to taste
