Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - lean ground meat
  • 2 tbsp - minced garlic
  • 1 tsp - ginger, minced
  • 2 - fresh green chilli, diced
  • 1 - medium red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup - fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 cup - low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp - freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp - paprika
  • 1 tbsp - ground dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp - ground Cumin
  • 1 dash - Worcestershire sauce

How to Make Spicy Mince Burgers

  • Pre-heat the grill on high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground meat, garlic, ginger, chilli peppers, red onion, cilantro, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, mustard, cumin and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Form the mixture into 8 burger patties.
  • Lightly oil the grill grate. Place spicy burgers on the grill, and cook 5-10 minutes per side, until well done.
