Ingredients

  • 1 cup - moong dal
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - urad dal
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt to taste

How to Make Spicy Moong Dal Chutney

  • Soak moong dal in water for 10 mins.
  • Strain and grind with chillies and salt.
  • Add lime juice to the paste.
  • Heat the oil, saute the mustard seeds and urad dal.
  • Add the moong dal paste to it and mix well.
