Ingredients

  • 1 kg - mutton chops
  • 2 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1 bunch - fresh green coriander leaves
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 4 pod - garlic
  • 1/4 piece - ginger
  • 1/4 tsp - jeera
  • 1/4 tsp - peppercorn
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil for frying
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1.5 - large onion
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - plain flour

How to Make Spicy Mutton Chops with bread crumbs

  • Boil mutton in the cooker for 7 minutes adding little water, salt, turmeric, little pepper powder, and a small piece of chopped onion.
  • Open cooker and cook the mutton chops.
  • Grind 1 onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, pepper, jeera in the mixer. Add salt and lemon juice.
  • Apply the masala to the mutton chops and keep this in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  • Then in 3 plates place plain flour, egg batter and bread crumbs.
  • Take a mutton chop at a time, dip the plain flour, then egg batter and finally bread crumbs.
  • Pour oil and fry in a frying pan.
