Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - mutton kheema
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 - medium onion
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - dhania powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - coconut paste
  • 5 - stems of coriander
  • 2 tsp - ghee
  • 2 cups - water

How to Make Spicy Mutton Kofta

  • Clean the keema. Add all the ingredients to it and grind it.
  • Make small balls with keema.
  • Take 2 cups of water in a pan.
  • When water is simmering, put keema balls in it. Add ghee also.
  • When all water has been absorbed, turn off the gas.
  • Serve koftas with rice or with chapatti.
