  • 1/2 cup - grated paneer
  • Half a bunch, chopped mint
  • 3 tsp - chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp - chat masala
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 cup - maida
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • Ghee for frying parathas

How to Make Spicy Paneer Paratha

  • Mix grated paneer, chopped mint, chillies, chat masala, garam masala and salt to make a smooth paste.
  • Make small balls of these and keep aside.
  • Mix maida and a pinch of salt with water to make a soft dough.
  • Add oil to this dough and then leave for some time with a lid covered on it.
  • After 5 mins, make small balls of this dough, roll out each ball.
  • Place the paneer ball on this rolled out piece and roll it out into a thick roti.
  • Heat a tawa, place paratha on it and add ghee.
  • Fry the paratha on both sides till golden brown and serve with spicy mint chutney.
