  • 1 kg - Potatoes
  • 1 pinch - Bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Hing
  • 1 tsp - Chaat masala
  • 1 tsp - Khatai powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumins powder
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to Make Spicy Potato Chips

  • Mix all the spices.
  • Boil water in a pan, add salt, bicarbonate of soda and potatoes to boiling water.
  • After 1 minute, drain water and cut thick slices of potatoes.
  • Spread it on a cloth and dry well in sun.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry potatoes until it becomes white and crispy.
  • Take out in a deep vessel, add spices to fried potatoes.
  • Shake until well coated with spice mixture.
