Ingredients

  • 10 piece chicken legs
  • 100 gms. curds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. pepper powder
  • ½ tsp. red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • Red edible food colouring
  • 1 lime

How to Make Spicy Tangri Kebab

  • Apply salt to chicken legs and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Make small cubes of chicken or keep them whole.
  • Mix curds, chilli powder, pepper powder, food colouring and apply to chicken.
  • Marinate for at least 3 hours.
  • Put chicken legs on a skewer and roast in a tandoor or charcoal oven. Remove after 5 minutes.
  • Baste meat with oil and roast again till done. Serve immediately.
