Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Semolina.
  • 1 cup - Plain Flour (maida)
  • 1 cup - Frozen Vegetables (onion, beans, peas)
  • 1 - Onion finely cut.
  • 3 - Green chillies, finely chopped.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 tsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Mustard seeds to season.

How to Make Spicy Vegetable Omelette

  • Take the flour and semolina. Form a batter just like dosa. Keep it aside for half an hour.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients and season it with mustard seeds spluttered in oil.
  • Make the omelettes on the tawa, making a round shape like uthappam, pouring a little oil so that both sides get cooked.
  • Remove from tawa when golden. Serve with tomato sauce or pickle.
