  • 1/2 bunch - spinach
  • 250 g - cabbage
  • 1 small cup - boiled corns
  • 1 small cup - mint leaves
  • 2 - carrots
  • 2 - moolis (only white part)
  • 1 - beetroot
  • 1/2 bunch - coriander
  • lime juice
  • chat masala
  • salt

How to Make Spinach & Cabbage Salad

  • Grate the beetroot, moolis, and carrots.
  • Chop cabbage, spinach, mint leaves and coriander.
  • Add boiled corn into it.
  • For dressing:
  • Add lime juice, chat masala and salt.
  • Can be served plain or with curd (low fat)
