  • 3 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - Spinach (chopped finely)
  • 2 tbsp - Flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 1 cup - Yoghurt
  • Salt to taste
  • all - purpose flour for dusting.

How to Make Spinach and Flax Seeds Paratha

  • Grind the chopped spinach coarsely along with yogurt.
  • Now combine the wheat flour, garam masala powder, cumin seeds, salt and whole flax seeds in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough with the spinach-yogurt mixture and keep aside for half an hour.
  • Make 10-12 medium sized balls from the dough, dust with all-purpose flour and roll out circular or square shaped parathas.
  • Now heat a pan and cook the parathas with some oil. Cook on both sides. Serve with a gravy.
