Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - fresh spinach, washed and drained
  • 1 - apple peeled, diced roughly
  • 2 tbsp - fresh mint leaves, washed thoroughly
  • 1 - lemon juice, extracted
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - fresh ground pepper
  • 500 ml - chilled water

How to Make Spinach-Apple Combo

  • Put all ingredients in an electric blender, except pepper. Add water, whisk till mixture is smooth and frothy.
  • Strain through a fine mesh colander.
  • Pour into 3 individual glasses.
  • Serve chilled and frothy.
