Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - Spinach
  • 1 - small Onion
  • 4 tbsp - Oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato paste

How to Make Spinach Bhaji

  • Chop the spinach and clean it.
  • Chop the onion and add it to the spinach.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the paste and salt to taste.
  • Cook for 15 mins stirring occasionally till the oil separates.
  • Serve with rice or rotis.
