Ingredients

  • Gram flour - 1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped spinach - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1/4 cup
  • Green chillies - 4
  • Salt as required

How to Make Spinach Dosa

  • Mix all the above ingredients and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil on a tawa and spread the batter in a circle.
  • Flip when the bottom is cooked.
  • Take off pan when done.
  • Repeat with rest of the batter.
  • Serve hot with sambhar or coconut chutney.
