Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - spinach
  • 16 oz - gram flour
  • 1 - small onion
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch - amchoor powder
  • 1/2 tsp - celery powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to Make Spinach Leaves Pakoda

  • Make a thick paste of gram flour and other masala.
  • Wash the spinach leaves and dip one full leaf at a time in the gram flour mixture.
  • Deep fry in oil.
  • Repeat with the rest of the leaves.
  • Serve hot with coriander chutney.
