  • Spinach leaves (whole, washed thoroughly)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger (finely grated)
  • 100 g - tofu (small pieces, lightly fried)
  • 2 tbsp - grated copra (lightly roasted)
  • 2 tbsp - peanuts (roasted)
  • 1/2 - onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - tamarind juice

How to Make Spinach Pockets

  • Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside.
  • Take a spinach leaf and fold it to make a samosa-like pocket.
  • Add the stuffing and close it tight. Your spinach pocket is ready.
