  • 1 cup -Chana Flour
  • 1 cup-Wheat Flour
  • 1.5 cup Spinach (very finely chopped )
  • 3 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tbsp - Cumin seeds
  • Salt according to taste
  • Water for dough
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Spinach Puri

  • Take the flours, spinach, cumin seeds, salt, 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and, with the help of water, make the dough. It should not be too tight or loose.
  • Now make small balls with the dough and roll them out with the rolling pin.
  • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying and fry the puris one by one. Try to fry the puris longer so that the colour turns golden and it's crisp.
  • Serve them with sweet mango chutney.
