  • Curd - 120 gm
  • Spinach - 60 gm
  • Green chillies -2
  • salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds -1/4 tsp
  • Whole red chilli - 1
  • Oil - 5 ml.

How to Make Spinach Raita

  • Steam the washed spinach.
  • Beat curd and mix with the steamed spinach, chopped green chilli, and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard, broken red chilli, cumin seeds and pour over the spinach. Mix well.
