  • Spleen - 1 or 50 grams
  • Gingelly oil or Sesame Oil - 5 teaspoon
  • Small Onion - 5
  • Chopped Garlic - 2 teaspoon
  • Chopped Ginger - 1 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves - 6
  • Pepper powder - 4 teaspoon

How to Make Spleen Pepper Fry (Manneeral Fry)

  • Add Gingelly oil into the pan.
  • Add finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger. Saute. Add curry leaves for flavor.
  • After two minutes, add spleen and mix well.
  • When the spleen is half cooked, add pepper and salt.
  • Stir and cook well till the spleen turns black.
