Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - yoghurt
  • 150 g - cabbage, julienned
  • 20 g - carrots, julienned
  • 4 - radishes, julienned
  • 3 tbsp - raisins
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - mustard sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Spring Salad

  • Soak raisins in water for 20 mins.
  • Mix cabbage, carrots and radish together.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine yogurt, lemon juice, mustard sauce and sugar.
  • Toss with the vegetables.
  • Garnish with raisins and serve.
