  • 1 cup - sprouted green gram
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Bengal gram dal
  • salt to taste
  • coriander to garnish

How to Make Sprouted Green Gram Rice

  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
  • Once mustard splutters, add dal, chillies, tomato and fry well.
  • Add turmeric powder, garam masala and mix well.
  • Add in the sprouted green grams.
  • Mix well with cooked rice, garnish with coriander and serve.
