  • 1 cup - Sprouted lentils
  • 1 - Onion chopped
  • 1 - Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Fennel seed powder
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1 - Egg
  • 5 - Curry leaves
  • 2 - Bay leaves
  • Salt

How to Make Sprouted Lentils Egg Curry

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaves and fry until they turn brown.
  • Now, add the chopped onion, chopped tomato pieces, curry leaves with ginger garlic paste and fennel seed powder.
  • Stir them continuously until they get well cooked.
  • Add the sprouted lentils with garam masala powder and red chilli powder with enough salt.
  • Cook everything well with enough water. Close the pan with the lid.
  • Once the water gets evaporated add the egg. Don't disturb the egg for few seconds. Close the pan with the lid. Scramble the cooked egg and mix everything well.
  • Serve them hot as side for any rice dish.
