Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sprouted moong dal
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 1 tbsp - black gram dal
  • 1 pinch -asafoetida
  • 3 - red chillies
  • small quantity -curry leaves
  • small quantity -grated/shredded coconut
  • salt
  • oil

How to Make Sprouted Moog Dal Sundal

  • Soak moong dal in water for 8 hours.
  • Cook it in a pressure cooker adding little salt.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, black gram dal, curry leaves, asafoetida, red chillies and finally moong dal.
  • Add a little salt to it and mix well.
  • This can be served as a snack.
