  • 2 cups - Sprouted whole moong
  • 1 cup - Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup - Brown rice
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - Grated coconut
  • 3 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger (chopped)
  • Few curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil for Deep Frying

How to Make Sprouted Moong and Oats Kunukku

  • Soak brown rice for an hour and the rolled oats for half an hour.
  • Grind sprouted moong, soaked oats, soaked brown rice, grated coconut with green chillies and chopped ginger into a coarse paste.
  • Now add the chopped onions, few curry leaves and salt. Mix everything well.
  • Heat the oil for Deep frying. Make small balls from the batter and fry them until the dropped balls turn golden brown.
  • Drain the excess of oil. Enjoy with spicy coconut chutney.
