Ingredients

  • Moong sprouts - 1 cup
  • Black gram sprouts - 1/4 cup
  • Bhel sev - 1/4 cup
  • Murmure - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1 big, finely chopped
  • Cucumber - 1/2 small, finely chopped
  • Green chilli - 1, finely chopped
  • Lime juice - 3 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Dry mango powder
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

How to Make Sprouts Bhel

  • Soak moong seeds and black gram for five hours.
  • Put them in a wet cloth and keep aside for one day.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add sprouts.
  • Heat the sprouts till tender.
  • Take the sprouts in another vessel.
  • Mix with bhel sev, murmure, onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli, lime juice, salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and serve.
