Ingredients

  • 1 cup - mixed steamed sprouts
  • 1/2 cup - oats
  • 2 cups - mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup - mashed paneer
  • 3/4 tsp - salt
  • 3/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 cube - grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup - Bengal gram flour
  • oil to fry
  • 1/4 tsp - soda or baking powder

How to Make Sprouts fantasy

  • Mix sprouts, potato, cheese, paneer, oats, salt, chilli powder. Mash and mix. Mix water with Bengal gram flour and baking powder to make a thick batter.
  • Divide the sprouts mixture into equal sized balls.
  • Heat oil. Dip each ball in batter and deep fry till light brown.
