  • Mix together:

  • 1/4 cup - flax meal
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • In another bowl, mix together:
  • 1 cup - silken tofu, beaten
  • 2-4 tbsp - canola oil
  • 1 cup - soy milk
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract (optional)
